中学生以来、本当に久しぶりにレコードを聴きたくなり、１個目のVM型カートリッジの音に気を良くして、MM型の力強さとやらを、あやふやすぎる聞き齧りで「感じてみたい！」と思い、２個目のカートリッジとして、無謀にも「大奮発」してしまいました。早速取り付け、いざBasieの盤に針を落とすと、、、「なんじゃこりゃぁ!?」スッカスカもスッカスカ、低音の強さも高音の伸びもなく、ただ蚊の鳴くような中音で囁くのみ、一昔前のAMラジオのようで、失敗したーと凹んでしまいました。数日後、たまたま装着したままだったので、BGM程度に思ってトレースさせたまま、友人とのLINEに夢中になってて、レコードの同じ盤面を何度も何度もトレースさせてしまいました。ふと我に返って音に耳を傾けると、、、全く違うのです！太いバス弦からペットの伸びまで、例えばポジフィルムの写真のように、濃厚な鮮やかさ！こんなにエージングが大切だとは、初めて実感しました。80年も創り続けた国内メーカーが満を侍して送り出されたのでしょう。本当に、ありがとうございます！

Restitution du son au top
Comme toujours Nagaoka est au sommet de son art…une restitution des aigus très propre vraiment appréciable et rien a redire sur les médiums et graves…

Rich, detailed sound
A very substantial upgrade from the Ortofon Blue cart that came with my table. I have not tried enough different carts in my system, and only the Blue in the last year or so, to say where this fits in relation to other carts, but it seems to deliver very good performance for the money.

Great Sounding MM Cartridge
I have this on my Rega P6…It’s a match made in heaven. Absolutely dead quiet. Well defined bass and mids while providing a sound stage as deep as the Grand Canyon. Highs absolutly shimmer. I hope this cart lasts a long time. I’ve never heard ANY of my vinyl sound this good.
