- The Vena II looks the same as the first Vena, but is a significant technologically upgrade. The Cirrus Logic DAC chip has been replaced with the ESS Sabre32 ES9018K2M DAC chip in VenaII. This makes the Vena II demonstrates the 32-bit chip performance of ESS technology to achieve ultra-low noise while simultaneously delivering a high dynamic range. The performance of the SS Sabre32 ES9018K2M DAC chip is important for the foundation design to get the job done.
- The Vena II incorporates a dedicated headphone amplifier with current feedback circuit, high thru rates of gain bandwidth to drive all kinds of headphones dynamic and delicate.
- The Vena II has also been significantly improved with the analog stage. Just like Vena, it features a class AB power amplifier that was designed under years of research in QUAD. The VenaII also features an upgraded power supply and a new 200VA Troidal Transformer with a 2x15000uF reservoir capacity (total 3000uF). This allows you to easily drive any speaker system while providing excellent dynamic range.
- QUAD considers appearance design as one of the important elements. The Vena II 313mm small body is designed to allow the amplifier to blend smoothly into a variety of environments. The amplifier dapper design is the standard option in the classic Lancaster Gray and Silver Metallic from QUAD. In addition, the classic Lancaster Gray is wrapped in 2 types of lacquer finish wood (sapellemahogany / high gloss black) in total of 4 types of premium finishes, so you can choose from a wide range of scenes. The VenaII is compatible with all kinds of playback devices (analog records and CDs, digital streaming and high-definition files) making it an easy and attractive system for a diverse and modern music collection.
